The case for MS palliative care
 The National Service Framework (NSF) for Long Term Neurological Conditions advocates life-long care, highlighting the need for specialist neurology, rehabilitation and palliative care services. The NHS Constitution affirms every person's right to good end of life care. The Government's End of Life Care Strategy promotes high quality care for all adults at the end of life.
